On March 22, it is a very specific day for all buckeyes, because the president Obama came to OSU and gave us a splendid speech. I still remembered that there were thousands of people in the APAC Center looking forward to see the president Obama. The speech started at nearly 4 pm, he spoke about energy conservation and energy renewal, he mentioned the gas price was increasing sharply and America was going to be relying on other countries for oil. So developing wind power, solar power, and advanced bio fuels was so important to all American people. To be honest, my English is not good enough to understand the whole speech, but I was still impressed by the charm of his speech, especially when he said “This is America. We control our own destiny.” At that moment, I could feel every American audience was so proud of being an American.
Undoubtly, I will never forget this special experience.
