that images should interact and explain my digital story well. Moreover, the
video describes three different usages of images to put in the digital story. First,
image can be associated with the contents of digital story directly. Second, images
can contain the meanings of text in symbolic way. Third, different images can be
used to explain different situation. Also, the video shows the source to find
the images for the digital story. The video examines that your own picture and
picture downloaded from web sites such as ‘google’ is fine to use. The video
mentions that downloading picture for educational purpose is not related to the
legal issue, as purpose of using picture is not with making money. However, the
video assert that citing sources of the images at the end of the digital story
is crucial.
The image
illustrates the girl covering her face with her hands. The girl doesn’t want to
show her face to others. The image shows that she feels shy in symbolic way. It
is not associated with the girl. With her motion, covering her face with her
hands, people can figure out the girl in the image feels shy. I will explain my
personal character with the image. I think the image can emphasize my shy
personal character. So, I want to put the image into my digital story. This picture
is downloaded from the web site, ‘google’. I will put the image in my digital
story when I talk about my shy personal character.
